Tuggeranong Homestead is a cozy place with natural bushlands, gazebo, gardens, farm, and fountains with a rich cultural and historical value. The serenity of this place makes it a popular destination for weddings, engagement parties, and other functions. Tuggeranong Homestead is a perfect wedding destination for couples who desire to have a country wedding amidst a charming garden and farm. A wedding at Tuggeranong homestead will create long-lasting memories for you and your guests be it a small or elaborate wedding.
Tuggeranong homestead has indoor and outdoor spots for your wedding ceremony and reception.
• There is a sandstone paved garden area where your guests can have a sit-down wedding reception. This outdoor garden area can accommodate a minimum of 30 guests to a maximum of 230 guests, seated and standing.
• The machinery shed is an indoor venue where you and your guests can have a party immediately after the wedding ceremony. The shed can sit up to 150 guests when adjoined with a marquee.
• The drawing room is an ideal function room for wedding ceremonies. The spacious drawing room has two open fireplaces and can host up to 200 guests.
• The sunroom is another function room in the homestead for wedding ceremonies that is completely enclosed with large windows which means your guests can have a clear view of the garden from the sunroom. The sunroom can accommodate about 100 guests.
• The Sandstone Paved Garden Café area provides your guests with alfresco seating. It is the ideal venue for your entire wedding or pre-dinner drinks and finger food before sitting for the main meal and festivities in the Homestead or Machinery Shed.
